Valonia is an unbiased regional advisory organization for municipalities, companies, communities, and citizens on matters of sustainable development. We provide services and practical solutions to support environmental responsibility, create cooperation opportunities, and share information to build a sustainable society.

Within these main themes, we carry out a wide range of activities related to, among others, climate governance, energy efficiency and renewable energy, circular economy, sustainable mobility, habitat restoration, sustainable public procurement, and environmental education.
Valonia operates as part of the Regional Council of Southwest Finland. We are a project organization, and most of our services are free of charge for municipalities through project-based activities.
